NOTICE: All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 4.712%, as well 9.25% Transient Accommodation Tax. Porterage is $7.32 inclusive per person applicable to pre and post stays for 2011 and is subject to change without notice.
Run-of-City includes City Side, Standard, City View and Waikiki City View in any one of our three wings. Category assignment will not be known until the day of arrival and will be dependent on the availability in each category on arrival day.
Run-of-Ocean includes Partial Ocean and High Ocean in the Ainahau Tower and Princess Wing. Category assignment will not be known until the day of arrival and will be dependent on the availability in each category on arrival day.
CUT-OFF date for accepting reservations is May 28, 2011. Reservations requests received after 5 PM local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $150.00 will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The Hotel will inform members of Deaf Cruise group of this fee upon check-in. The hotel will deduct any such fees that are collected from any amount you may owe as sleeping room attrition.
ROOM DEPOSIT/PAYMENT
A deposit equal to [one night’s stay] is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date (s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the [first] and/or [final] night of the reserved stay. Please call our reservations department at (808) 921-4631 to make the reservations. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made. Credit card required at booking time.

Cancellation fees will result to be charged in your credit card if you choose to cancel without notifying the hotel ahead of time. If you wish cancel, a suggestion is to call and cancel before 120 days before the cut-off date, May 28, 2011.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel will provide special equipment for deaf and hard-of-hearing guests for the room according to American Disabilities Act (ADA). It can be done by request. Please let them know that you wanted Deaf Kits in your room! And We do have a Videophone in our Lobby room.
